Delete Account Instructions

Send a deletion request to [email protected]. Include the Apple account email or user identifier visible in the app if available. We will remove account records, voice samples, generated audio jobs, and generated audio files associated with the account after verification.

Bug Report Channel

For reproducible bugs, include the device model, iOS version, approximate time, and the chapter or voice profile involved.

Safety Reports

Reports about unauthorized voice use or inappropriate generated audio should be sent with the subject line "MamaTale Safety Report".
